"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

So apperently I need to take more pictures as I have only picked 17 out of the few hundred I have. It seems right now I haven't seen that photo pop up at least not when I have my camera with me. I guess I will have to get in the habit of takeing it with me everywhere I go again so i can find those photos....
Hey sweetie... you should get out there with your camera and take more pictures. You've got some great skill developing, it's just a matter of practicing some more.
